It's time to take my leave, and in doing so, I cannot resist the opportunity of giving reminiscences, bits of advice, and last messages. My need to share all this with you is not because I have shied away from keeping you tuned in to editorial policies and advice. On the contrary, I have a need to put into perspective my thoughts and feelings of having been your Editor for 10 years.

I am proud to have been your Editor. From the beginning, when all processes were not clearly defined, I was fortunate for having the support and cooperation of many Association members, Associate Editors, and staff in helping me act on my philosophy that people want to "do right" and just need to be shown how to do it right....
