Prescriptive Check List for Positioning Multihandicapped Residential Clients: A Clinical Report

Positioning is an important aspect of the management of severely multihandicapped patients. Many problems arise in providing this intervention consistently in a residential facility. A check list is presented that provides client-specific positioning information and an objective method of evaluating how well the positioning is being carried out.
